ORDER PROCESS FOR BERRY BROS & RUDD

If you would like to arrange to ship purchases, that you have made at Berry Bros. & Rudd USA, to yourself, please follow these steps:

Select Customer Arranged Delivery at Checkout

On us.bbr.com checkout choose ‘Customer Arranged Delivery’ as your shipping option when you place your order. Once the order is confirmed ownership of the goods passes to you, the customer.

BB&R will pick & process your order.

BB&R will pick your order and deliver it, along with the order details, to your storage account at St James Cellars.

Your Order is available for shipping.

Once your order has been processed by BB&R (spell out), St James Cellars will assist you with shipping your personal property. You will visit stjamescellars.com where you will enter your BB&R order number and the email address where you received your order confirmation

Confirm your order quantities

Once you have retrieved your order, please confirm if the number of bottles on the order is correct and if it contains wines and/or spirits. BB&R does not share the contents of your order with St James Cellars.

Choose Shipping address & Shipping method.

Once you have confirmed the correct order, please enter the address you would like the order shipped to, followed by your preferred shipping method. You will then be asked to proceed to payment.

Parcel Ships.

Once you have completed payment, St James Cellars will coordinate shipping your personal property with your selected carrier. Once your order is shipped you will be sent a link to the tracking information.
